What’s Available?

From a few different spaces to select decor options, work with us to make your event planning as seamless and economical as possible!

  • Western portion of the main building on the fairgrounds. Cement floor, white sideboards, warm overhead lighting, and natural wood vaulted arena ceiling. Not temperature controlled. Rentals include use of tables, chairs, adjoining washrooms, and adjoining kitchen & dining hall, as well as outdoor spaces on case-by-case basis. Also includes day before set-up access and day-after cleanup access at no extra charge. Great for wedding receptions! Available from end of May until Mid September. $350

  • Temperature controlled dining hall with mini presenter platform. Includes use of adjoining kitchen and washrooms as well as tables and chairs. Great for small events, meeting space, and more. Weekly recurring bookings are available at discounted rates year-round. $175

  • Extra Large Indoor Arena. Includes use of adjoining washrooms. Suitable only for large-scale event rentals such as circuses, music performances, etc. Not heated or cooled. Concrete floor. Available for rent April - September. Includes a day on either side of booking for for$600

  • 8-foot Tables (if taking off-site) $10 each

    Plastic Chairs (if taking off-site) $1 each

    White Linen Tablecloths (30 available; size 50 in x 120 in) $7 each, plus $25 in the event of an unremovable stain

    Clear Wine Glasses (125 available) $2 each, plus $25 for any broken

    White Dual-Layer Head Table Backpanels with LED lights (10 × 10 ft panels, 4 available, with stands - setup included) $125

    White Head Table Skirting (28 ft width, includes set-up) $75

    Overhead Ceiling Globe Light Strings (includes set-up) $150

    Coffee & Hot Water (Tea) Urns (includes use of mugs if desired) $25
